Our History:
In 1994 Angela Gainsford returned to NZ after dancing and training in Europe and North America for 5 years and took over the Auckland Studio of Mary Evers, the founding Director of the American Jazz Dance Syllabus in New Zealand. Gotta Dance was located in Northcote and continued to grow, so much so, that in 2000 the Studio moved to a larger Studio in Glenfield. In 2008, Gotta Dance Studio bought and moved in to its current purpose built Studios, with 3 exceptional Studios under the banner of the North Shore Dance Centre. Offering many different styles of dance from New Zealands top teachers.
